M32401 is one of hot sellers in drawer slides. It is side mounted, full extension. It is made of Q235 materials, which is more stronger than Q195 material, and with plastic ball cages, and hardened steel balls.
It is produced by automatic manufacturing machines, the structure is quite precise so that the slides are with really quiet, smooth movement. The loading capacity could ready 45kgs with 1.0/1.0/1.2mm thickness material, and 60kgs with 1.2/1.2/1.4mm thickness material. And the life span is super long, if tested under BIFMA standard, the life span could reach 80,000cycles. Even under most strict Intertek test, it could reach 50000cycles under extra loading capacity of 45kgs for 1.0mm thickness. For the environment, our slides also could have good performance, can be used in the environment of '-20°C~+120°C, can be widely used in the whole world, no matter it is as cold as in north Canada, or as hot as in Africa.
Over travel is also available upon special request.
