1. Before installation, carefully check whether there is collision or rust. Before installation, clean with antirust oil to remove burrs, dirt and bulges on the equipment surface.
2. The roughness of the installation base surface of the main linear guide rail needs to be measured with a laser interferometer. The flatness is allowed to be 0.05mm per 10m, and the flatness and roughness of the whole stroke are required to be 1.6. The appearance is free of casting defects.
3. When machining the locking screw holes on the installation base of the linear guide rail, it is necessary to confirm whether the installation screw holes are correctly positioned. The center distance between the connecting screw holes is 120 mm if it is greater than 0.1 mm or less than 0.1 mm; In order to ensure the high-precision machining of threaded holes, it is necessary to select NC equipment for positioning machining.
4. When chamfering the installation base surface of the linear guide rail and the reference installation surface on the guide rail side, the chamfer radius shall be less than or equal to 3.5mm
5. When correcting the linear guide rail, two equal height measuring blocks and a marble measuring ruler shall be placed on the installation base surface, and a precision level shall be placed to adjust the level of the base surface. It is required to be convex in the base (2 ~ 3 grids).
The slider manufacturer reminds you of the precautions for removing the linear guide rail:
First, if not necessary, do not remove the slider from the linear guide, such as unloading, then align the auxiliary linear guide first, and then remove the slider.
Secondly, it is strictly prohibited to disassemble the parts of the guide rail at will to avoid affecting the accuracy and flexibility. It is strictly prohibited to install unqualified balls on the guide rail at will
